1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EducatorsIn platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.

We do not claim ownership of your content. Upon termination of your account, you may export your content. Any content remaining after account deletion will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
