How long does it take to get started?
You can have your branded portal live in under 5 minutes. Sign up, pick a subdomain, and start building courses immediately — no setup required.
Can I use my own custom domain?
Yes. Starter plans and above support custom subdomains ({name}.educatorsin.com). Professional and Enterprise plans support fully custom domains with automatic SSL.
How does video hosting work?
We use Cloudflare Stream for video delivery. Upload your videos directly from the course builder — we handle encoding, adaptive streaming, and global edge delivery automatically.
Can I migrate my existing courses?
Yes. We support bulk CSV import for student data and can help you migrate existing course materials. Enterprise customers get dedicated migration support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by bank transfer or invoice.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — our free plan includes 1 teacher account, up to 10 students, and 2 courses. No credit card required.
